 Business success tied to repeat business and positive reviews
This year I exceeded the 100 mark for Zillow reviews which was a long standing goal for me. Here I am with my terrifically supportive office at a celebratory lunch to mark the achievement!

I can't express strongly enough how important repeat business and positive reviews are to my success and how grateful I am for both! They quite literally take my business from "alive to THRIVE".

This year 25% of my business is repeat business, prior buyers I assisted moving up to larger homes or selling to accommodate job transfers and assisting prior clients with the sale of family estate home sales. The remainder is primarily sourced from my positive online reviews.

Bridgewater Oaks is a popular community in Bridgewater, NJ 08807. At the moment, there is one townhome on the market, 64 Bond Street. This collection of townhomes is conveniently located off of Route 22 with easy access to highways and conveniences. The development is set on a U shape with the side furthest from the highway deemed most desirable. 64 Bond Street is on this preferred side.

Several comparable units with updates have sold for $415,000.
